CONSCIOUSNESS


Our approach is the humanization of processes with applied technology and bias mitigation. Our model was structured for in-company in accordance with a Swedish mindset adapted to the Brazilian reality - through a pre-acceleration program exclusively for women.

CALIBRATION


We generate a data reports to share the bias understanding and our experiments with society.

TECHNOLOGY


We developed an iterative quiz that measures assertiveness in identifying types of violence in order to break/identify biases that normalize domestic violence.
