Efeito Furacão is the name of our proprietary methodology, applied exclusively and grounded in design thinking, with principles inspired by experiences in Sweden. Through a transformative journey, we create meaningful shifts made by and for women.
Our commitment is to each woman, respecting her story, celebrating her achievements, and fostering her continuous growth. Every woman trained by Be.Labs is like the beginning of a hurricane — small at first, but with the power to transform everything around her.
Through Efeito Furacão, our training and mentoring program, we deliver more than empowerment tools — we are creating a cultural movement that is redefining what it means to be a woman entrepreneur in Brazil’s upper regions, the “New Axis.”

Through Efeito Furacão, Efeito Furacão V2, and Efeito Furacão Vulnerabilidade, the Hurricane Journey unfolds through progressive modules, connecting theory, practice, and human-centered support.
All versions share the same essence: 4 stages that support business development — from envisioning future possibilities to building and implementing solutions.
Three Formats, One Efeito Furacão
✔ Efeito Furacão V1: For women who are beginning their journey and want to structure their business, organize their finances, and build an action plan.
✔ Efeito Furacão V2: For women who have completed V1 or are already at a more advanced stage — deepening strategic planning, driving expansion, and consolidating growth.
✔ Efeito Furacão Vulnerabilidade: For women in situations of social vulnerability — an adapted methodology designed to broaden access, reshape mindsets, and generate sustainable income.
