In Brazil, thousands of women become entrepreneurs out of necessity, yet few have access to the knowledge, networks, and resources they need to transform their businesses into sustainable and scalable ventures. This reality motivated Marcela Fujiy, founder of Be.Labs Aceleradora, to take action.
Believing that entrepreneurship can be a powerful driver of social transformation, Be.Labs was created to provide acceleration, mentoring, and training to women who want to build businesses with purpose and impact.
Our journey began with a clear goal: to break down barriers, strengthen businesses, and empower the women’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, especially in Brazil’s North, Northeast, and Central-West regions. Since then, we have impacted more than 3,500 businesses led by women in over 250 cities across 11 states, connecting women to real opportunities for growth and transformation.
Be.Labs is more than an accelerator. It is a movement. It is a support network. It is a hurricane of possibilities.

At Be.Labs, we believe that every woman in Brazil’s North and Northeast carries the strength of a hurricane within her.
Our mission is to unleash that strength by providing information, practical tools, active listening, and mentoring as catalysts for women to recognize their own potential and feel empowered. Every woman trained by Be.Labs is like the beginning of a hurricane — small at first, yet powerful enough to transform everything around her.
Our commitment is to each individual woman, respecting her story, celebrating her achievements, and fostering her continuous growth. Through Efeito Furacão, our training and mentoring program, we deliver more than empowerment tools — we are building a cultural movement that is redefining what it means to be a woman entrepreneur in the upper regions of Brazil.

To date, Be.Labs has impacted more than 3,500 women entrepreneurs in approximately 250 municipalities, across 11 Brazilian states. Through online, hybrid, and in-person programs, we continue expanding our reach and strengthening women’s entrepreneurship throughout the country.
